*10 Years Warranty on Compressor on All Air Conditioner & Refrigerator (Except For Single Door Refrigerator).
** 10 Year Warranty on Motor of All Washing Machines, Washer Dryers & Twin Tub Washing Machines.

Please Note That Any Failure of The Compressor or Motor Would Be Confirmed and Replaced by Authorised service centre of Alfuttaim  Only. Labour Charges Will Be Extra. Limited To the Supply of Compressor or Motor Only and The Purchase Will Be Liable for Labour Charges and Consumables Supplied, As in Gas Charging, Oil Changing Etc.

NB: Warranty Does Not Cover:

Consumable Items – (Tapes, SD Cards, Software, Projector Lamps), Glass Parts, Plastic Cooking Parts for Microwave Oven, Carrying Cases, Camera Lenses, Filters, Batteries. The Warranty Does Not Cover Products That Have Been Dropped, Mishandled, Burnt, Damaged, Water Immersion or Ingress, Excessive Heat or Humidity (Beyond Rated Limits), Excessive Dust/Sand Exposure, Or Repairs by The Purchaser or Any Unauthorised Service Dealer. Neither Does the Warranty Cover Natural Wear and Tear or Any Other Causes Beyond the Control of An Authorized Service Centre.

This Domestic Warranty Is Applicable Within the UAE And Does Not Extend to Products That Have Been Taken Out of The Country by The Original Purchaser. Such Products May Be Covered by Panasonic Care Plus Warranty in Selected Countries.

7 Days Exchange / Refund Policy:

To Be Able to Exchange Your Product at Full Value, We Request You to Kindly Take Care in Ensuring That:

• The Item Is Returned in Its Original Condition-Unopened with No Damage to The Packaging, Including All Original Packing Material, Accessories, Manuals, Registration Cards and FOC Items. All Items Should Be in Re-Saleable Condition.
• The Original Al Futtaim Panatech Invoice That Is Provided Along with The Item to Be Exchanged.
