Air Fry Alternative Potato Chips
An air fryer is not the only way to get crunchy chips at home! With the 3-in-1 convenience of the NN-CF770 Convection Microwave Oven, you can make your own takeaway style golden hot chips without the oil! Created by Chef Shellie Froidevaux.
Ingredients
- 600 gFrozen Potato Chips Rosemary and Sea Salt Seasoned
- 250 gTomato Chutney
Steps
1) Pre-heat NN-CF770 Convection Microwave Oven to 220°C
2) Line metal tray with baking paper and pour the potato chips onto tray. Spread them evenly and place on middle shelf of oven.
3) Set oven timer for 20 minutes.
4) After 10 minutes, remove the tray and give the chips a flip, or carefully turn them over with cooking tongs. Return to oven and press Start to cook for remaining 10 minutes.
5) Season with additional sea salt to taste
6) Serve hot with your favourite chutney for dipping.
