Panasonic is the only manufacturer of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Systems with its own factory in Malaysia is able to offer the ideal integration of R&D, manufacturing, planning, procurement, sales, logistics, delivery and service.
Leading this new venture is Mr Mamoru Yoshida, Executive Board Member of Panasonic Corporation Japan and President of Air-Conditioner Business Division Japan, “With Panasonic’s strong brand presence in the BtoC (Business to Consumer) business, we hope to leverage our strength by extending our capability to the BtoB (Business to Business) segment and approach, which actually cover more than 50% of our group total business. This new BtoB operation is a one-stop-solution center for commercial air-conditioning systems solutions by providing total value added services to building owners, developers and corporations covering: Research & Development, Manufacturing, AC Design & Planning, Corporate Planning, Sales, Logistics, Delivery and After Sales Services.
Coupled with Asia’s first cloud solution service, “Panasonic Smart Cloud”, customers are offered more advanced solutions which combine air conditioning systems with intelligent data processing. These are controllable from a single internet connection, allowing the climate control systems of partner buildings to be managed round the clock in real-time. It permits for convenient operation analysis and reporting for planning improvement, improved energy efficiency and predictive maintenance.
PAPASEMY’s BtoB Customer Service is available 365 days, 24 hours a day to handle any technical enquiries from all its “Panasonic Smart Cloud” customers besides also providing on-site monitoring of Air-Conditioning Systems.
