Osaka, Japan – Panasonic Corporation today announced that the assignment of responsibilities to Executive Officers effective April 1, 2021 was determined at the Board of Directors' Meeting of Panasonic Corporation held on November 13, 2020 after deliberation by the Nomination and Compensation Advisory Committee.
The new members of the Board of Directors of Panasonic Corporation were informally elected at the same meeting and will assume their roles on June 24, 2021.
The changes will be made official at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, and at the subsequent Board of Directors' Meeting to be held on June 24, 2021.
1. Change of the Executive Officer (Effective April 1, 2021)

Note that Kazuhiro Tsuga, current CEO, will be resigned from Executive Officer and will continue the roll of Representative Director, President, Member of the Board of Panasonic Corporation.
