My product was damaged during delivery. What can I do?

Answer:

Should you receive the package or product(s) which is damaged, torn or in bad condition, please do not accept the package or product(s) from the courier service.

Kindly notify us within seven (7) working days of delivery with the details of order (name, order ID, date of receipt, product(s) model) and pictures (if any).

I missed the delivery. What can I do?

Answer:

You will receive an SMS from our courier partner for a reschedule of delivery. Please follow the instructions and schedule another delivery.

For bulky items like refrigerators, washing machines and aircon, our logistics team will call you to schedule a delivery. Please do inform the team if you wish to reschedule.

Return & Refund

Question:

What is Panasonic Store return policy?

Answer:
Orders for goods may be returned to Panasonic if the delivered goods are:

1) incorrect (i.e. there are missing items or parts in the delivered goods, or the model or colour is different from the Order), upon which the return request must be initiated within seven (7) days from the delivery date. In the event that the model or colour is different from the Order, this can be inspected from the label or packaging of the goods, and the goods must be returned with its original seal intact. Otherwise, Panasonic may not accept returns of goods with a broken seal on its packaging;

2) damaged (i.e. stained, dented, cracked or scratched), upon which the return request must be initiated within 24 hours from the delivery date; or

3) defective with respect to the goods’ function, upon which the return request must be initiated within seven (7) days from the delivery date.

Which type of product cannot be returned?

Answer:

The following types of products cannot be returned or refunded:

1) products that are damaged by misuse
2) products that are damaged or rendered defective due to the use of the item in a way that is contrary to Panasonic’s instructions or operation manual
3) Products were modified, altered or repaired by anyone other than Panasonic’s authorized personnel
4) Change of mind
5) Washing machines, refrigerators and air-conditioners that are already unboxed, installed and we have assessed them to be in good working condition.

How to register my current Panasonic Product?

Answer:

Follow these simple steps to register your Panasonic product and enjoy the full benefits of the MyPanasonic PH app:

1. Download the App

Get the MyPanasonic app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

2. Log in with Your Panasonic ID

Open the app and tap “Login with Panasonic ID.”

3. Sign In or Create an Account

You’ll be redirected to the login page.

If you already have an account, sign in.

If not, tap “Create Account” and follow the on-screen instructions.

4. Verify Your Account

Enter your email, create a password, and input the OTP sent to your registered email address.

5. Complete Your Profile

Fill in your personal information such as:

Name

Date of Birth

Mobile Number

Gender

Address

6. Register Your Panasonic Product

Since the app is exclusively for Panasonic customers, you’ll be required to register at least one Panasonic product.
If your product is still under warranty, we strongly recommend registering its warranty as well.

7. Input Product Details

Provide the required information:

Model Number

Serial Number

Purchase Date

Product Name (for your reference)

Photo of the Product

Photo of the Serial Number

Then tap Next.

8. Review and Submit

You’ll be taken to a review page showing all the information you entered.
If everything is correct, tap Submit.

9. Wait for Approval

Your product registration will be reviewed within 24 to 48 hours (often sooner).
Expect either approval or rejection depending on the information provided.

10. Continue to Warranty Registration

After submitting your product registration, the app will ask if you want to proceed with warranty registration.
If you choose to continue:

Upload your proof of purchase.

All other details will already be pre-filled based on your product registration.

11. Warranty Review

Warranty validation may also take 24 to 48 hours or less.
