
Chocolate Brownies
These decadent dark chocolate brownies are to die for! This recipe was made using the NN-SD79L Cyclonic Inverter Microwave.
Ingredients

- 125 gbutter
- 200 gdark chocolate
- 1 cupcaster sugar
- 1 tspvanilla essence
- 3eggs
- 1 cupplain flour
Steps
1) Grease and line a 20cm square/rectangular pyrex dish.
2) Melt butter and chocolate in a 2-litre dish on P7 for 2 minutes.
3) Stir in sugar, vanilla essence, eggs and flour.
4) Spread into prepared dish.
5) Cook on P7 for 5-6 minutes.
6) Refrigerate until cold.
7) Cut into squares.
