This delicious buttery baked corn on the cob is cooked in the microwave oven but provides the perfect finish to your barbecue meal.
Place the corn cobs in a shallow microwave safe dish. Add 6 tbsp of water and cover. Cook on Medium microwave for 8 mins. Drain.
Preheat to Grill 1.
Combine the butter, garlic and parsley together and season with salt and pepper.
Cut 4 pieces of foil large enough to hold the cobs and place a cob on each piece. Top each one with the garlic butter mix, then scrunch up the edges to form a parcel.
Bake for 8 to 10 mins. Turn the cobs to coat in the cutter. Sprinkle with extra parsley to serve.
