This classic Christmas dish is easy to make! It’s as simple as wrapping the chipolata sausages in bacon and sticking them in the microwave for 10 minutes. The use of honey adds a light sweet flavour which compliments the streaky bacon perfectly.
Pre-heat the oven on convection 200°C.
Place the bacon on a chopping board, using the side of a knife, stretch and flatted the bacon until about half as long again.
Cut each strip of bacon in half across, then wrap each piece around a chipolata.
Place in the metal dish in the middle shelf position. Cook for 10 mins then drizzle with the honey and sesame seeds. Continue to cook for a further 5-10 mins until golden brown.
