Place the onion, bacon, bread crumbs and garlic into the glass mixing bowl.
Cook on HIGH MICROWAVE for 2 minutes or until soft.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Then, shape the mixture into burgers.
Place the burgers on the metal tray on the wire shelf and cook on CONVECTION 180°C for 15-18 minutes or until cooked through, turn half way through.
