Turkey & Apricot Burgers
Create your very own healthy turkey burgers at home using your trusted Panasonic Combination Microwave! In just 4 simple steps, you can bite into greatness at half the cost!
Ingredients
- 0.5onion (freshly diced)
- 3 rashersstreaky bacon (finely chopped)
- 40 gbread crumbs
- 1fresh chili (finely chopped)
- 1garlic cloves (crushed)
- 450 gturkey breast (minced)
- 100 gdried apricot (chopped)
- handful fresh parsley (chopped)
- salt and black pepper (for seasoning)
Steps
STEP 1
Place the onion, bacon, bread crumbs and garlic into the glass mixing bowl.
STEP 2
Cook on HIGH MICROWAVE for 2 minutes or until soft.
STEP 3
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Then, shape the mixture into burgers.
STEP 4
Place the burgers on the metal tray on the wire shelf and cook on CONVECTION 180°C for 15-18 minutes or until cooked through, turn half way through.
