Grilled Chicken Kebabs by Chef Manal Alalem
Insert the boneless chicken, ginger, garlic, onion, mint and parsley into the meat grinder and grind it well until the ingredients are mixed. Then put the bread inside to add to the mixture so it all sticks together.
Add the spices (soft coriander, spices, paprika, salt, black pepper) to the ingredients No. (1) and mix all by hand.
Mold the kebabs to wooden sticks using your fingers.
Grill the kebabs in the pan using a little bit of oil and fry until brown.
