Qamar Al-Din Juice

Ingredients
- 200 gdried apricots or apricot paste
- 500 mlwarm water
- 40 gcaster sugar
- 100 gice cubes
- 1 tablespoonrose water
- Optional garnish: rose petals and pistachio kernels
Steps
STEP 1
Soak the apricots and sugar in warm water for 30 minutes.
STEP 2
Transfer all the ingredients including the soaking water to the blender jug.
STEP 3
Press the Healthy Juice icon.
STEP 4
Serve chilled with rose petals and pistachio kernels.
