Ingredients
- 120 glamb (cut into small pieces)
- 125 gcarrot (peeled & cut into small pieces)
- 125 gbaby marrow (cut into small pieces)
- 100 gchopped tomatoes or ready chopped canned tomatoes
- 700 mlbroth of choice
- 0.125 teaspoonturmeric powder
- 0.125 teaspooncoriander powder
- 0.125 teaspooncinnamon powder
- 0.125 teaspoonginger powder
- 0.125 teaspoonchili powder
- Pinch of saffron
- 1 teaspoonHimalayan salt or as per taste
