Enjoy this yummy version of the classic homemade Pumpkin Soup. Its so easy as you can pour the soup directly into the glass blender without having to wait for it to cool down first. Enjoy with a slice of freshly baked bread.
- Pumking 500 g
- Onion 1
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Chicken broth 3 cup
- Water 1/2 cup
- Cream 1/2 cup
Cut pumkin into cubes.Place chopped pumking in pot.
Add sliced onion then garlic.
Add salt and pepper.
Add chicken broth and water.
Bring to boil then reduce heat and let simmer until pumpkin is cooked.
Pour it in blender and blend for 2min.
Pour back into pot, add cream and stir.
Serve with garnish of cream, toasted bread, parsley
