For soy garlic chicken:

  • 8 pcsChicken fillet
  • 3 clovesGarlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup Soy sauce
  • 0.25 cupRice vinegar
  • 0.5sugar
  • 2 tbspBrown sugar
  • 8 pcsSeaweed wrap (nori wrap)

For salad:

  • 8 pcsLettuce leaves
  • 1 noCarrot, julienned
  • 1 noJapanese cucumber, julienned
  • 1 noTomato, seeded and sliced
  • Handful of purple cabbage, sliced
  • Handful of coriander leaves

Steps

1) Marinate chicken with garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar and brown sugar for 15 minutes.

2) Select “Convection” function. Place marinated chicken into Cubie oven and bake at 170˚C for 15 minutes.

3) Place seaweed wrap onto plate, arrange lettuce leaves on top and followed by cucumber, carrot, soy garlic chicken, tomato, cabbage and coriander leaves.  Roll it up tightly and serve immediately. Repeat step with the remaining ingredients and wraps.
