Ingredients

  • 3 cupsbasmathi rice
  • 4 cupswater
  • 2 inchcinnamon stick
  • 3cardamom
  • 30 gghee
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspchicken concentrate

Blended ingredients

  • 100 gonions
  • 30 ggarlic
  • 20 gginger
  • 50 goil

Natural colour garnishing

  • 80 gred capsicum (cut into small cubes)
  • 80 gyellow capsicum (cut into small cubes)
  • 15 gdaun sup, (chopped)
  • 10 glime leaf (chopped)
  • 20 gblue pea flower

Garnishing

  • 30 gfried shallots

Cubie function: Convection

Steps

1) Place all blended ingredients into Panasonic Blender and press 2 to blend till smooth.

2) Next place blended ingredients into a casserole and place into Panasonic Big Cubie Oven.

3) Set to Convection function, 230°C and set time to 15 minutes.

4) Once done transfer the paste into Panasonic rice cooker. Place rice, water, cinnamon stick, cardamom, ghee, salt and chicken concentrate into rice cooker.

5) Close rice cooker and select White Regular function and press start.

6) Once done remove rice into a bowl and toss in the natural colour garnishing.

7) Sprinkle some fried shallots onto it and best served with ayam masak merah or kurma ayam.
