Prime Fresh

Cooking Tips Using -3°C Soft Freezing

Prime Fresh soft freezes chicken at approx. -3°C to keep it fresh longer than fridge storage by preventing oxidation and the growth of bacteria. The skin of raw chicken makes it slippery and hard to cut, but a knife slides easily through for thin-cut slices when soft frozen to a moderate hardness with Prime Fresh.

Freshness Retention

Prime Fresh keeps meat and fish fresh and flavorful for up to 7 days*.
