Shabu-Shabu Dip-Cooked Chicken
Healthy Japanese-style chicken dish with dipping sauce.
Slice hard-to-cut raw chicken without difficulty when soft frozen using Prime Fresh.

Ingredients
- 1 piecechicken thigh
- 1 stalkwhite leek
- 3 tbspsesame sauce
- Chinese chili oil (as desired)
Steps
STEP 1
Remove the chicken from Prime Fresh, then cut it into 2-mm width.
STEP 2
Quickly dip the chicken meat into boiling water, then cold water, and then drain the water.
STEP 3
Arrange the chicken meat on a serving dish and top with shredded white leek.
STEP 4
Serve with sesame sauce and Chinese chili oil as desired.

Cooking Tips Using -3°C Soft Freezing
