  • 350gGround Beef
  • 1Tomato
  • 1Red Onion
  • 0.25cupCilantro
  • 0.25cupMint
  • 2tspGarlic Paste
  • 2tspGinger Paste
  • 2tspCoriander Seed, crushed
  • 1tspSalt
  • 0.75tspGround Cumin
  • 0.5tspGround Cayenne Pepper
  • for frying Vegetable Oil



Add oil and pour egg into the pan. Cook and stir until scrambled and set about 5 minutes.

Pre-cut tomato and red onion into approximately 2cm cubes.
