Rosemary Steamed Chicken
Chicken is a high-protein food that is readily absorbed by the body.
It is known to enhance physical strength and improve general bodily functioning.


Ingredients

IN THE CHICKEN CAVITY
- 1White Onion
- 2Garlic Clove
BUTTER SPICES
- 50gButter
- 2tbspThyme
- 2tbspRosemary
- 2Garlic Clove
MIXED SEASONINGS
- 1tbspSweet Chilli Powder
- 1tbspSalt
- 1tbspBlack Pepper
SIDE DISHES
- 750gSweet Potato
- 500gCelery
Steps
STEP 1
Slice the celery and sweet potatoes.
STEP 2
Finely chop the white onion and garlic and stuff into the cavity of the chicken.
STEP 3
Tie the chicken cavity with a hemp rope, then mix the mixed seasonings and spread them evenly over the chicken.
STEP 4
Heat and dissolve the butter, chop the spices and mix them with the butter to make the spiced butter. Apply the spiced butter evenly over the chicken.
STEP 5
Place the chicken in the middle of a baking tray and put the celery and carrots around it.
STEP 6
Preheat the oven in 190°C on Steam mode for 15 mins and place the baking tray into the oven.
STEP 7
After 30 mins, take out the baking tray, brush the chicken with a layer of spiced butter and return the chicken to the oven for another 30 mins until the chicken is crisp and golden brown.
