Combine condensed milk, Greek yogurt, cardamom and cornflour and whisk well.
Transfer the mixture carefully into 4 ramekins or heatproof jars.
Put in the Steam Combo Microwave Oven on high for two minutes. Check at intervals of 30 seconds if it is ready.
Put the strawberries and sugar in microwave safe bowl. Put it in the microwave on High for 8-10 minutes in total. With an immersion blender, puree them smooth. Allow this strawberry puree to chill before serving.
Serve warm or chilled for 2 hours with a garnish of strawberry puree, strawberries, roasted nuts and mint leaves.
