Coq au Vin for the Spontaneous

Coq au Vin for the Spontaneous

If there is to be a Coq au Vin on Sunday, the marinade would be prepared on Fridays in the French country kitchen. We make this poultry dish from Burgundy legs and present a quick alternative for two people. Depending on the dexterity in cutting vegetables, our delicious Coq au Vin is steaming on the table in just under 30 minutes.
