Figs with prosciutto and Roquefort are a great way to make your 5 a day more fun and flavourful.
Pre-heat your microwave on Grill 1.
Quarter the figs and place on the enamel shelf lined with foil.
Tear each slice of prosciutto into 2 or 3 pieces and crumble them between the figs.
Brush the figs with a tbsp of honey and grill in your microwave for 5-8 mins or until lightly browned.
Place the Roquefort cheese on plates, add the honey grilled figs and ham and pour over any remaining cooking juices and drizzle with honey.
Serve seasoned with freshly ground black pepper.
