Madeira Gravy

This rich Madeira gravy is ideal for a wholesome Christmas dinner. The Madeira wine adds a deeper flavour to the gravy, adding something a little different to your special meal.

Madeira Gravy

Ingredients

Servings:1
  • 150 mlMadeira
  • 25 g(plain) flour
  • 600 gturkey or chicken stock (hot)
  • 1 tbspmustard

Steps

STEP 1

Stir and mix the Madeira and flour together.

STEP 2

Add the mustard to the hot stock then slowly pour into the flour mix, stirring continuously until dissolved and blended.

STEP 3

Cook on HIGH MICROWAVE for 2-3 mins, stirring halfway.

STEP 4

Season and serve.
