Keeping some sweet potato fries in the fridge is the perfect solution for quick snacks or to add into salads for nutritious meals. We love to dip them into pesto, veggie spreads or to serve them with a homemade patty.
Cut sweet potato in half lengthwise, then cut into wedges.
In the meantime, preheat the microwave oven on combi mode for 5 minutes.
Season sweet potatoes with olive oil, spices and salt, then arrange them on the microwave baking tin.
Cook them on 440W + High Grill Level for 10 minutes, check and give them a little stir and cook for further 5 minutes.
Take them out of the microwave oven and store them in a glass container.
