In order to stay close to various stakeholders and continue to create new value that is indispensable to their lives, Panasonic Corporation will promote value-oriented corporate management based on a future- and people-centric view from a long-term perspective.

Aiming to achieve this goal based on our established missions and visions, we will promote the implementation of three long-term and consistent criteria for achieving a transformation (creating customer value, pursuing operational excellence, and concentrating management resources on growth businesses), thereby advancing reforms of the underlying management system and structure.

As part of all these business activities, the Company will work with stakeholders on sustainability-related initiatives such as environmental efforts to achieve carbon neutrality and resource recycling, as well as the promotion of diverse employee work styles and human rights.
