*As of the Government’s latest announcement, Panasonic Malaysia & Panasonic Air-Conditioning Malaysia (PACMY) service centres will reopen on 23rd August 2021 (excluding Melaka & Johor Service Centre).
While we remain committed to serving you safely, we will strictly adhere to health and safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including temperature checks, sanitisation of premises, social distancing as well as limited number of visitors.
As for our customers, we sincerely seek for your cooperation to strictly comply with the updated SOPs by the Government as follows:
1. Full vaccination, including the post-vaccine period of 14 days after 2nd vaccine dose (Pfizer, Sinovac, AstraZeneca) or 28 days for single-dose vaccines (Johnson-Johnson & CanSino).
2. Show proof of digital certification on MySejahtera.
3. Only Low Risk/ Casual Contact Low Risk from MySejahtera will be allowed entry.
Customers and public are highly encouraged to call in advance to check on the operating hours or any other related enquiries.
