How to Use Panasonic Comfort Cloud App Features

Turn the device ON / OFF

You can turn power ON / OFF by pressing the power button of the corresponding device.
*Some models are not supported.

Turn multiple devices ON / OFF at once

To turn all devices registered in the same group ON or OFF at once, press the power button in the upper right corner.
*Some models are not supported.

Add new device

By pressing the + button in the group, you can add a new device.

Function switching

Devices
Perform basic operations on the devices tab.

Schedule
Set a weekly timer, etc.

Monitor
Check the status of devices, such as energy consumption and electricity cost graphs.

Notification
Check the notifications about system maintenance and device errors.

Menu
Access the language settings of the app, account management, FAQs, and more.

Press the icon to change the fan speed and airflow direction.
*The available airflow settings may differ depending on the model.

Optional settings

nanoe™ button

Toggle ON / OFF the nanoe™ operation.

By turning on the nanoe™ when using the fan mode, you can refresh the air in your room.

Powerful / Quiet button

Switch ON / OFF the Powerful / Quiet operation.

Owner settings
This allows you to change the device password and router settings.

*This function is only available to the device owner.

Device settings
Change the device name, group and time zone settings.
