- 500 gOnion
- 400 gCabbage
- 50 gCod Fish
- 50 gCalamari
- 50 gFresh Prawn
- 20 gClam
- 20 gOil
- 3 gSalt
- 5 gKombu
- 5 gDried Prawn
- 30 gKonnyaku Cubes
- 5 gDashi Powder
- 10 gRed Miso Paste
- 30 gTofu Cube
Garnish
- Bonito Flakes (As Desired)
- 5 gSlice Scallion
Steps
1) Slice daikon, scallion, ginger, onion and cabbage. Prepare seafood and set aside.

2) Add sliced onion, cabbage, daikon, scallion and ginger. Add oil and salt.

3) Select Waterless Cooking | 1 hr (Cooking Tip: Waterless Cooking draws out the onion’s natural sweetness)

4) Once done cooking, add kombu and dried prawn. Select Soup | 1 hr.

5) After 50 mins, add remaining seafood, konnyaku cubes and dashi powder. Once done, stir in miso paste and add tofu. Close the lid to keep warm before serving.

6) ABC Recommend: Use as a noodle soup base or serve with rice. Garnish with bonito flakes and sliced scallion.
