Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)

Our organisation has been putting «People before Products» for 100 years. We are committed to create an inclusive workplace, where people can feel empowered to bring their whole selves to work and be respected for who they are, valued for what they do and celebrated for their contribution to our business and our community.

«We should recognise differencies and aim to have a community where our distinct characteristics can be utilised»
-Konosuke Matsushita, 1932 -

It’s part of our history

Konosuke Matsushita spoke these words almost 100 years ago. From the very beginning our founder recognised the value of putting «People before Products». The sentiment still resonate today.

And our ability to leverage diverse talents will drive our future

We recognise the value of women in our company and we invest in them to build their career in Panasonic.

We are committed to develop professionals who are in the early stages of their career. We invest in their future by enhancing their skills and abilities through training opportunities and exciting stretch  assignments.

As a global organisation, Panasonic celebrates diversity in all its forms. Meet our people from all around Europe.
