Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. The “All Series – Spotify promotion” (hereafter referred to as “the Promotion”) is promoted by Panasonic UK, a branch of Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH. whose registered address is Panasonic House, Willoughby Road, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 8FP, UK (“the Promoter”).
Eligibility
2. The Promotion is open to UK or Republic Of Ireland (ROI) residents aged 18 or over only.
3. In order to qualify for the Promotion, the participants must purchase a qualifying Panasonic Product (new, not second hand) between 1st October 2014 and 31st December 2014. Claims for products purchased before or after this promotional period will be deemed invalid.
4. All Qualifying Panasonic Products must be purchased within the UK or ROI from a participating retailer
5. Qualifying Models are: SC-ALL8EBK, SC-ALL3EB-K and SC-ALL1CEB-K
Gifts and Prizes
6. The gift for this Promotion is a 3 months free subscription to Spotify Premium service.
7. In addition the participants will be also given the chance to win one of three Spotify Premium accounts for 10 years. The Prize is a personal Premium account with Spotify for the maximum term of 10 years.
8. No cash alternative is available to these prize and gift. Prize and gift are not transferable.
9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative comparable service to the winners
Claims Process
10. To qualify for a free 3 months subscription to Spotify Premium service, the participants must register their purchase on http://news.uk.panasonic.eu/all-series and complete the details requested within 30 days of purchase and at the latest by midnight 31st January 2015.
11. Participants will be eligible for one code per product registered. The code provided will be valid for use only in the UK and ROI.
12. Upon registration of a claim, participants will be asked to answer a qualifying question and will be automatically entered in the draw for a chance to win one of three Spotify Premium accounts for 10 years. Participants will be entered into the draw for each separate claim processed.
13. Once registered and all details have been verified by our system, participants will receive on the email address provided during the registration process an Activation Code link to redeem their 3 months free Spotify Premium service. The promotional offer can be activated immediately. Participants must follow the instructions to redeem the Spotify code and add it to their existing account or set up a new account with Spotify to activate.
14. No debit or credit card details will be required to activate the promotional offer. If the participant is a current Premium account holder with Spotify, payment will be suspended for a period of 3 months from activation.
15. The activation code will be only valid until 1st October 2015.
16. The activation code is not transferable.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that the terms and conditions of the Promotion have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive claims including, without limitation, to require the Customer to provide the proof of purchase. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion and future Promoter's promotions and may result in the submitter being subject to prosecution.
Winner selection
18. For the 10 years Spotify Premium prize draw, winners will be selected within 7 days of the closing date (midnight on 31st January 2015) at random in a draw conducted by an independent promotional verification service, from all valid entries received.
19. If a winner fails to acknowledge their prize within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected from the eligible qualifying entries. If it transpires a winner has not met the eligibility criteria, the Promoter will select a new winner from the eligible qualifying entries.
20. Within 28 working days of the prize draw, winners will be contacted via email to activate their account. If a winner already holds a Premium account with Spotify, payment will be cancelled or suspended and the account activated. If a winner already holds a ‘free’ Spotify account, the winner will be upgraded to Spotify Premium immediately. If a winner has no account with Spotify, a new account will be created for the winner with the Spotify Premium account service already activated. The prize will be in the form of 1 x 10 year Spotify Premium codes.
21. Winners will be able to add their claimed 3 months subscription(s) to the prize term.
22. Prizes will be activated on verification of winner. The prize will be valid for redemption until 31st December 2024, after which point the Prize will be null and void for redemption purposes.
Privacy and Data Protection
23. Any personal data relating to participants will be used in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will by Panasonic solely for the purpose of this promotion
General
24. By claiming this offer, applicants will be deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
25. No responsibility will be accepted for submissions which have been lost, or are late, damaged, misdirected, or otherwise not received for any reason, whether any such failure is within the control of the Promoter or its agencies. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
26. This Promotion/Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Spotify.
27. ‘Spotify’ is a trademark registered in the UK and other countries.
28. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendment to the terms and conditions will be posted on this website. These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
