Terms and Conditions

1.    Win a VIERA AX802 4K TV (hereafter referred to as “the Promotion”)  is promoted by Panasonic UK, a branch of Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH whose registered address is Panasonic House, Willoughby Road, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 8FP (“The Promoter”)
2.    This promotion is open to residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland only, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of The Promoter, their families or anyone else associated with this promotion.   
3.    No purchase necessary.
4.    In order to qualify for the promotion, participants must answer the question on the promotion page located at url: news.uk.panasonic.eu/WIN-AX802 and then fill in their contact details (including full name, email address and telephone contact number). Incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise invalid entries will not be considered.
5.    The Promotion can only be entered online at the url specified above
6.    The promotion starts at 10am on May 20, 2014 and closes at 4pm on Jun 5, 2014. Any entries posted or submitted before or after these times will not be considered.  
7.    Please also check and accept if you want us to keep you updated on Panasonic corporate and product news, such as Panasonic newsletters, future Panasonic product promotions or special product offers.
8.    The prize is 1 X AX802B LED television from one of the available sizes - 65”, 58” or 50”
9.    1 winner will be picked from among the valid and qualifying entries with the right answer to the question.
10.    The winner will be selected at random in a draw conducted at the end of the promotion period on or before Jun 5, 2014 by an independent promotional verification service, from all valid entries received.
11.    The winner will be contacted by email or phone, using the contact details provided in accordance with clause 4 of these Terms and Conditions, on or before Jun 9, 2014
12.    If a winner fails to acknowledge their prize within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected from the eligible qualifying entries.  If it transpires a winner has not met the eligibility criteria, the Promoter will select a new winner from the eligible qualifying entries.
13.    It is a condition of entry that the entrant agrees to abide strictly by the rules of the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. Bad faith or fraudulent entries will be invalidated. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants and withhold the prize for violation of any of these terms and conditions. The decision of The Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14.    Any personal data relating to entrants will be used in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the individual’s prior consent unless to fulfil any requirements of the promotion.  
15.    No responsibility can be accepted for any entries that are delayed, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid or if entry was not possible due to technical difficulties including, but not exclusively, access to the Promotion page specified in clause 4.  Entries will not be acknowledged.
16.    There are no cash alternatives to the prize available. The prize is non-transferable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable.
17.    By participating in this promotion, the winners agree to participate in any marketing and promotional activities required by The Promoter.
18.    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendment to the terms and conditions will be posted on this website.  
19.    These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
