SURVEY CLAIM PROCESS

1. Once participants have registered on MyPanasonic they will be sent an e-mail and asked to take an optional survey. Once the survey is completed, the participant will be sent a code for a 10% discount on a qualifying lens. Qualifying lens are marked above. The code can be used on the Panasonic direct websites in the Countries in Scope including the UK, Ireland.

2. By participating in this survey, participants acknowledge and agree that their responses are not anonymous. The information participants provide may be linked to their identity and used for research or other specified purposes. Participants data will be handled in accordance with relevant data protection laws.
By proceeding, participants consent to these terms.

PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

3. Any personal information supplied by you will be used by Panasonic, solely for the purpose of this Promotion and in accordance with data protection legislation. Please see Panasonic’s Privacy Policy for further information (https://store.panasonic.co.uk/privacy-policy).

GENERAL CONDITIONS

4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all claims to protect against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive claims. Fraudulent entries or claims that otherwise do not meet these terms and conditions will be invalidated and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the participant making such a claim from this and other promotional activities.

5. To monitor fraudulent claims the Promoter reserves the right to cross check product returns with the relevant retailers against claims received. Any potential fraudulent activity will be followed up by the Promoter. The Promoter will withhold the issuance of the 10% discount where it is suspected that a false or fraudulent claim has been made.

6. The voucher code for a 10% discount only valid for a single purchase, with no minimum or maximum value, and is only valid in the online store of Panasonic.co.uk. It cannot be redeemed at other retailers. The discounted price will be displayed as soon as the voucher code will be entered in the corresponding field during the checkout process in the Panasonic online store. The 10% discount offered under this Promotion is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and there is no cash, credit or product alternative available.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.

8. The voucher code is only valid for the LUMIX S-R*, S-E*, S-X*, and S-S* lenses in the Panasonic.co.uk online store and is not available in conjunction with any other offer or already discounted products other than the Lumix Extended Warranty Promotion.

9. By claiming this 10% discount, participants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

10. The 10% off voucher code for Qualifying Lens will be valid 90 days upon the day participant receives the Voucher Code via email.

11. Should one or more provisions of these Promotion Terms & Conditions be or become wholly or partly ineffective this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The wholly or partly ineffective provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that best meets the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

These terms and conditions are governed by German Law.
