LUMIX Extended Warranty Promotion
Purchase an applicable Lumix and qualify for a Free 5 Year Warranty.
Promotion Period (Purchase Period): Qualifying Products must be purchased between 14th March 2025 – 31st March 2027
Claim Deadline: Claims may only be submitted online within 90 days from date of purchase, and no later than 30th June 2027, provided that at least 30 calendar days have passed since the purchase date shown on the proof of purchase.

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The LUMIX Extended Warranty Promotion (the “Extended Warranty Promotion) is promoted by Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH, whose registered address is Hagenauer Str. 43, 65203 Wiesbaden, Germany (the “Promoter”).
2. The Extended Warranty Promotion consists of a 5-year extended warranty for certain Qualifying Products
3. For the avoidance of doubt, this Extended Warranty Promotion is an extension of the standard Panasonic warranty to a total of 5 years (full details available at https://www.panasonic.com/uk/support/warranty-information.html.
4. The Extended Warranty Promotion is only valid within the following Countries in Scope: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia Hercegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
ELIGIBILITY
5. The Extended Warranty Promotion is applicable to residents of the Countries in Scope, who are aged 18 years or over.
6. In order to qualify for the Extended Warranty Promotion, participants must purchase a new (not second hand) Qualifying Product from a Participating Retailer in the Countries in Scope listed in section 4 during the Promotion Period. Claims relating to products purchased before or after this Promotion Period will be deemed invalid. Promotion benefits offered to Qualifying Product as outlined below:

7. This Extended Warranty Promotion is open to Participating Retailers only. List of Participating Retailers is at the bottom of the page.
8. All Qualifying Products must be new and genuine Panasonic products. Purchases of second hand, refurbished or reconditioned products, products imported from outside the EEA or products which are counterfeit or infringe the intellectual property rights of the Panasonic group of companies in any way will not qualify for this Extended Warranty Promotion.
CLAIM PROCESS
9. To claim the Extended Warranty Promotion, participants must register their Qualifying Product online https://www.panasonic.com/uk/consumer/cameras-camcorders/lumix-s-mirrorless-full-frame-cameras-learn/article/lumix-extended-warranty.html within 90 days of purchase, provided that at least 30 calendar days have passed since the purchase date shown on the proof of purchase.
During registration, participants will be required to provide the following information:
i) Personal Data (Title, full name, country of residence, e-mail address, phone number) ;
ii) Product Details (Product name, retailer channel, store name, country of purchase, date of purchase, serial number of the Qualifying Products);
Participant will also need to upload a copy of invoice or receipt, along with a clear photo of the product serial number and the barcode printed on the carton box;
iii) Invoice document that shows the name of Participating Retailer, date of purchase and product model number. Participant must ensure that the receipt clearly displays the model number and purchase date;
iv) As part of the registration process, participants must also complete a compulsory survey. Claims will not be valid without completion of this survey.
10. All claims must be submitted by the Claim Deadline. Applications received after this date will not be eligible for the Extended Warranty Promotion.
11. Once the registration has been successfully completed (including the survey), participant will receive a confirmation email for promotion registration, including the 5-Year Extended Warranty from the date of purchase. Receiving the warranty certificate may take up to 45 days from the date the Promoter receives participant’s complete claim and supporting documentation.
12. Claims are not valid in respect of Qualifying Products that are returned to a retailer and the participant exchanges the product or receives a refund, in which case the Promoter will be entitled to cancel any Extended Warranty. In any event, the last date for registration will be the Claim Deadline.
13. The Promoter will not process a claim if the participant cannot provide a copy of the purchase receipt.

14. The Promoter will not be held responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server website or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs the participant to enter in the Extended Warranty Promotion. Claims by fax, telephone or email will not be accepted. Illegible, incomplete or altered claim forms will be deemed void, as will claim forms not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions.
15. Upon submission of the online registration, the claim will be verified. Upon redemption Promoter will activate the extended warranty and send a certificate by email to participant, which will confirm Warranty cover period and contact details.
REDEMPTION PROCESS
16. The Warranty Certificate will be sent to participant’s email within 45 days after the registration. After the successful registration and survey completion participant will receive a confirmation email. It can take up to 45 days from the date the Promoter receives participants claim and all supporting documentation, until participant receives the Warranty Certificate. For participants who have not received the Warranty within the estimated 45 days, they can contact us by using the contact details above. Regrettably, claims pursued outside of the Claim Deadline will not be accepted.
PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
17. The responsible data controller is the Promoter, Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH, Hagenauer Str. 43, 65203 Wiesbaden, Germany, data_protection@eu.panasonic.com.
18. Promoter will comply with the statutory provisions of applicable law on data protection. The privacy policy of the Promoter applies which can be found at: https://www.panasonic.com/eu/privacy-notice
19. Personal Data will be collected and processed by Benamic on behalf of the Promoter. Benamic will comply with the statutory provisions of applicable law on data protection. The types of data collected include Personal Data and product details as listed under 9.
20. The purposes of data collection: Data will be collected, processed and stored by Benamic for the sole purpose of the performance of the Extended Warranty Promotion. The Promoter processes the Personal Data listed under 9 for the purposes of the Extended Warranty Promotion and the email address in case of e-mail marketing by the Promoter as far as the participant has consented to it during registration. Personal Data of already existing customers will be compared and updated with the provided data of this Extended Warranty Promotion.
21. For the purpose of carrying out the Extended Warranty Promotion, the processing of Personal Data is based on Article 6 (1) (b) General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). The processing of Personal Data for the purpose of e-mail marketing is based on Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
22. All Personal Data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use without their consent. An exception is made for third parties, inter alia agencies which have been commissioned to carry out the Extended Warranty Promotion, and which will collect, store and use the data for the purpose of carrying out the Extended Warranty Promotion. The third parties comply with GDPR and have the necessary security measures in place as agreed with the Promoter in writing and having a Data Processing Agreement in place.
23. The Personal Data of the participants will be kept by Benamic as long as necessary in order to comply with legal requirements and for legal purposes and will be deleted at the latest after 12 months after the conclusion of the Extended Warranty Promotion.
24. The participant can withdraw their consent to e-mail marketing and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. It can be withdrawn by clicking on the link to the “Newsletter Subscription Management Centre” provided in every newsletter e-mail, via My Panasonic Account or by contacting the Promoter under data_protection@eu.panasonic.com.
25. The participant has the right at any time to free information about the participant´s stored Personal Data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data within the framework of the applicable legal provisions sending its request to data_protection@eu.panasonic.com.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
26. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all claims to protect against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive claims. Fraudulent entries or claims that otherwise do not meet these terms and conditions will be invalidated and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the participant making such a claim from this and other promotional activities.
27. To monitor fraudulent claims the Promoter reserves the right to cross check product returns with the relevant retailers against Extended Warranty claims received. Any potential fraudulent activity will be followed up by the Promoter. The Promoter will withhold the issuance of an Extended Warranty where it is suspected that a false or fraudulent claim has been made.
28. The benefits offered under this Extended Warranty Promotion is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and there is no cash, credit or product alternative available.
29. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and to amend or withdraw this Extended Warranty Promotion at any time.
30. By claiming this Extended Warranty Promotion, participants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
31. Should one or more provisions of these Promotion Terms & Conditions be or become wholly or partly ineffective this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The wholly or partly ineffective provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that best meets the economic purpose of the invalid provision. These terms and conditions are governed by German Law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers who have their habitual residence in another member state of the European Union, the application of mandatory consumer protection regulations in that country remains unaffected.
