Terms and Conditions of Participation at Panasonic Kitchen Instagram Competition
The Panasonic Kitchen Competition (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”) is promoted by Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH, Hagenauer Strasse 43, 65203 Wiesbaden, Germany (“the Promoter”).
By participating in this Competition, each participant accepts the following Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility
1. The Panasonic Kitchen Competition is open to residents of the UK, Ireland, Spain and Germany aged 18 years or over, excluding employees, their relatives and representatives of Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH and affiliated companies. Participants must have a personal profile on Instagram; participation by third parties is not possible.
Competition Period
2. The Competition starts at 00:01 hrs on 7th December 2025 and closes at 23:59 hrs on 14th December 2025 (the “Competition Period”). Any entries posted or submitted before or after the Competition Period will not be considered.
Entry Process
3. In order to qualify for the Competition, participants must follow the Instagram channel “@PanasonicKitchenEU, like, repost and comment on the promotional Instagram post and tag 1 friend in the comments.
4. Participants can enter the Competition only once.
5. No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.
6. Incomplete, incorrect or otherwise invalid entries will not be considered.
7. It is a condition of entry that participants agree to abide strictly by the rules of the Competition.
8. Entrants must adhere to Terms of Use of Instagram, which are available at Terms of Use | Instagram Help Centre.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries and remove them immediately from the Promoter’s social media pages, if the Promoter considers such entries to be in bad faith, fraudulent, illegal or showing any illegal, immoral, lewd or disrespectful behaviour.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude participants and withhold the prize for violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
12. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. No responsibility can be accepted for any entries that are delayed, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid or if entry was not possible due to technical difficulties.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Prize
15. There will be 2 winners with one prize per winner. The available prize will be a Panasonic Kitchen Flex Air Fryer BC1000. No further products are available for this Competition.
16. There is no cash alternative to this prize. The prize is also non-transferable.
17. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the original prize or parts thereof become unavailable.
Winner selection
18. The winners of the competition will be chosen at random from eligible participants. The winner will be announced on or before 15TH December 2025 via Instagram DM from the Instagram Channel “@PanasonicKitchenEU” once the competition is over.
19. Each winner has 48 hours to acknowledge the prize or reserve the right to choose another winner.
20. If it transpires a winner has not met the eligibility criteria, a new winner will be selected from the remaining eligible qualifying entries.

22. Legal process and Jurisdiction
23. Legal action for the assertion of prize claims is excluded. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany with the exception of conflict of laws, whereby the choice of law does not result in the participant as a consumer being deprived of the protection of mandatory local provisions which cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law that would be applicable without the choice of law.
