Panasonic UK, Win a G9 Competition
1. Panasonic UK Win a G9 Competition (hereafter referred to as “the Competition”) is promoted by Panasonic UK, a branch of Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH whose registered address is Maxis 2, Western Road, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1RT, UK (“the Promoter”).
Eligibility
2. The Competition starts at 9am on 14th December 2018 and closes at midnight on 31st January 2019 (“the Competition Period”). Any entries posted or submitted before or after the Competition Period will not be considered.
3. Only those who have received an email from the Natural History Museum London inviting them to take part in this Competition by entering their details at https://campaigns.panasonic.eu/LUMIX_NHM will be eligible to enter this Competition.
4. The Participant must fully comply with the requirements set out in these terms and conditions.
5. Only one entry may be submitted per Participant. Multiple entries will not be considered.
Entry Process
6. In order to qualify for the Competition, participants must first receive an email from the Natural History Museum inviting them to enter their details on a page hosted by the Promotor, the Competition page, located at https://campaigns.panasonic.eu/LUMIX_NHM. They must then visit this page and enter all relevant details asked for by the Promotor.
7. No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.
8. Incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise invalid entries will not be considered.
9. It is a condition of entry that participants agree to abide strictly by the rules of the Competition.
Prizes
10. During the Competition Period there will be 1 winner who will be announced once the Competition is over.
11. The winner will be announced on or before 28th February 2019
12. The prize will be a 1 x LUMIX DC-G9L
13. There is no cash alternative to this prize. The prize is also non-transferable.
14. The prize will be delivered by a courier and will be received within 28 days from winning. If required, and unforeseen circumstances present themselves, the Promotor reserves the right to change the method of delivery and this may affect the delivery date.
15. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable.
Winner selection
16. The winner of the Competition will be chosen at random from eligible participants.
17. The winner will be announced on the date listed in clause 11 of these terms and conditions.
18. The winner will be contacted via email by a relevant Panasonic representative and will have 14 days to respond. In the event of no response from the winner, a new winner will be chosen.
19. If it transpires a winner has not met the eligibility criteria, a new winner will be selected from the remaining eligible qualifying entries.
20. By participating in this Competition, the participants grant a licence to the Promotor, and any other affiliated Panasonic entity, to use the entry for marketing and promotional activities. This may include the publication of the Participant’s name and country on the Promotor’s social media website.
Privacy and Data Protection
21. Any personal data relating to participants will be used in accordance with all relevant Data Protection legislation (including the EU General Data Regulation and the Data Protection Regulation 2018) and will not be disclosed to any third party without the individual’s prior consent unless to fulfil any requirements of the Competition. General
22. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries, and remove them immediately from the Promoter’s social media pages, if the Promoter considers such entries to be in bad faith, fraudulent, illegal or showing any illegal, immoral, lewd or disrespectful behaviour.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude participants and withhold the prize for violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
25. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
26. No responsibility can be accepted for any entries that are delayed, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid or if entry was not possible due to technical difficulties.
27. By participating in this Competition, the participants grant a licence to the Promotor, and any other affiliated Panasonic entity, to use the entry for marketing and promotional activities.

29. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendment to the Terms and Conditions will be posted on this website.
30. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
