Kibbeh
We all need that little bit of extra help in the kitchen sometimes. See how easy it is to prepare delicious home-made Kibbeh with the Panasonic Meat Grinder. Use the Kibbeh attachment to make perfectly shaped Kibbeh shells effortlessly.
Get your beef cubes and grind them using the meat grinder, grind 2-3 times
In a bowl, mix in your ground beef with all the spices and half the finely chopped onions
Attach the kibbeh maker attachment to the meat grinder and insert 2/3 of the meat into the grinder
Let the meat mix go through the attachment into the form of a tube
In a frying pan with 2 tbsp of oil, add the onions and saute for 2-3 minutes
Add the rest of the ground beef mix to the pan along with all the spices and let cook for 4-5 minutes until browned
Add the pine nuts to the pan and fry for 1-2 minutes, then set aside in a bowl to stuff into the kibbeh
Take the tube shaped meat and pinch one end closed, and then insert stuffing through the open end
Pinch the other end close and repeat for the rest of the kibbeh pieces
In a pan with 3-4 Tbsp oil, fry the kibbeh for about 3 minutes each side, or until brown.
Garnish and serve
