Turkish Kebab
Treat yourself to this heavenly Turkish kebab recipe. The best part is using all the freshest ingredients to give it that perfect taste.
Ingredients
- 450 gbeef
- 15 gparsley
- 1 onion
- 1 large chili
- 4 tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt paprika garlic cumin chilli onion powder
- 25 gbutter
- 1/2 tsp saffron
Steps
STEP 1
Grind 450 g of beef and give it a good mix.
STEP 2
Add 15 g well chopped coriander and parsley and grated onions
STEP 3
Mix very well for 1-2min
STEP 4
Add Salt paprika garlic cumin chilli onion powder mix well for 1-2min
STEP 5
Add grated garlic and mix for 3-5 min
STEP 6
In an oven safe dish lay sliced onions and sliced tomatoes
STEP 7
Roll the meat into a kebab shape and lay them ontop of the tomatoes along with chillies
STEP 8
Melt butter and mix saffron with melted butter then brush it on the kebabs
STEP 9
Use combi 1 setting and set time for 35 - 40minutes
STEP 10
Garnish and serve
