Apple Crumble Loaf Cake
A moist cake with chunky apples topped with crunchy crumble topping with a hint of cinnamon. Best served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
- 90 gsugar
- 150 gflour
- 1/2 tsp McCormick Ground Cinnamon
- 1 ¼ tsp baking powder
- 100 gyogurt
- 100 gbutter, melted
- 2green apples, cut into big chunks
- 40 gflour
- 30 gsugar
- 25 gbutter
- 20 grolled oats
- ¼ tsp McCormick Ground Cinnamon
Preheat Panasonic Cubie Oven to 160°C.
To make crumbles, pour all the crumble ingredients into Panasonic food processor and pulse a few times until they turn into crumble pieces. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together ingredients (A) and set aside. In another bowl, combine ingredients (B) and mix it with Panasonic hand mixer for approximately 15 seconds.
Pour ingredients (B) into (A) and mix well with a spatula. Add green apple chunks and stir to combine.
Pour mixture into 2 prepared loaf tins and sprinkle crumbles over the top. 6. Bake in Panasonic Cubie Oven for 25-30 minutes or till skewers come out clean.
