Ingredients

Servings:6

  • 250 gBeef, sliced
  • 3 nosPotato, cut into cubes
  • 1Carrot, cut into cubes
  • 1Medium yellow onion, roughly sliced
  • 200 gGlass noodles / Shirataki noodles (konnyaku yam noodles), blanched and cut half
  • 1 tbspCooking oil

For seasonings

  • 2 cupsDashi (Japanese soup stock) / 1 pkt dashi powder + 2 cups water
  • 4 tbspApple juice / 4 tbsp vinegar + 4 tsp sugar
  • 4 tbspJapanese soy sauce
  • 1 tbspSugar

For garnishing

  • 8 pcsSnow peas, blanched

Steps

1) Heat up oil in Panasonic Pressure Cooker, select HOT POT-> START. Add in onion and sauté until fragrant.

2) Then, add in beef and stir fry until light brown. Add in potato, carrot and Shirataki noodles, and mix well.

3) Pour in seasonings and change setting, select STEW -> START.

4) Add in snow peas and ready to be served.

Chef tip: 
If you would like to have more soft and tender texture for the stew, can select STEW -> TIMING -> 18 minutes -> START. Auto setting for STEW function is 10 minutes.
