BBQ Chicken Pinwheel Pizza

Pinwheel pizza is a fun party food for children! Try out other shapes such as a open faced pizza and sausage rolls with the same versatile pizza dough.


Ingredients
Pizza Dough
- 200 gplain flour
- ½ tsp McCormick Sea Salt Grinder
- 1 ½ tsp sugar
- ¾ tsp instant yeast
- 1 tbspBertolli Olive Oil
- 125 mlwater
Filling
- 200 gchicken fillet
- 2 slices chicken ham
- 50 gpineapple, diced
- 3 buttonmushrooms, diced
- ½ cup tomato puree
- 2 tbspMcCormick Grill Mates BBQ Sauce
- Dash of McCormick Mixed Herbs
- Dash of McCormick Garlic Pepper Seasoning
- 100 gMozzarella cheese
Method
STEP 1
For the pizza dough, place all the ingredients (except the yeast) into Panasonic Bread Maker bread pan.
STEP 2
Place the yeast in the yeast dispenser and select menu “10”.
STEP 3
In a clean bowl, marinate the chicken with McCormick Grill Mates BBQ Sauce, McCormick Mixed Herbs and McCormick Garlic Pepper Seasoning. Set aside
STEP 4
Preheat Panasonic Cubie Oven to 200°C on Convection Mode. Bake the chicken for 10 mins or until just cooked. Cut into small dices.
STEP 5
For assembly, remove the dough from the bread maker and roll it out on a floured surface. Spread tomato puree and McCormick Grill Mates BBQ Sauce evenly over the dough.
STEP 6
Arrange some diced chicken, ham, pineapple, mushrooms and sprinkle some McCormick Mixed Herbs.over.
STEP 7
Roll up the dough, from the left to the right until you have a nice long shape. Then cut into 6-8 slices. Set aside to proof for 15 - 20 minutes or until almost double in size.
STEP 8
Place pinwheel pizzaz on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12 – 15 minutes or until done. Serve and enjoy!
