French Savoury Cake

This is a classic French dessert that is made extremely easy with the breadmaker. Savoury and sweetness comes perfectly together in this flavourful dish.


Ingredients
Filling
- 50 gTurkey Ham, cube
- ½ nos Big Yellow Onion, diced
- 30 gFrench Bean, sliced
- 50 gRed Capsicum, diced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil
Batter
- 200 gLow Protein Flour
- 8 gBaking Powder
- 3 nosWhole Eggs
- 25 gCastor Sugar
- 2 pinchSalt
- 80 gOlive Oil
- 100 gMilk
Method
STEP 1
Heat olive oil on pan on medium high heat, saute onion for 30sec, add French bean and red capsicum, saute for 30sec, last add turkey ham and saute for another 30sec.
STEP 2
Season with salt and pepper, set aside for later.
STEP 3
Sieve low protein flour and baking powder together.
STEP 4
In the bread pan, add whole eggs, castor sugar, salt, olive oil and milk.
STEP 5
Select FUNCTION -> Select CAKE -> START to mix about 12mins, it will beep.
STEP 6
Open the lid and add flour and baking powder, then sauteed fillings.
STEP 7
Close the lid and press START.
STEP 8
Take out the cake when it beeps. Remove the cake from bread pan, lay on wire rack and allow to cool before cut.
STEP 9
Slice and serve with side salad.
