- 45 gChia Seeds
- 120 gCoconut Milk, unsweetened
- 120 gCoffee, brewed
- 1 tbspAgave Syrup
- 1 tspVanilla Extract
- 125 gFresh Blueberries
- Mint Leaf
- 240 gFrozen Mixed Berries
- 250 mlAlmond Milk
- 1 tspMaca Powder
- 4 tbspLow Fat Yogurt
Combine all chia seed pudding ingredients together in blender, select -> 1 and blend for 20s. Transfer to 2 glasses. Let it bloom for 15-20mins.
In Blender, put all but yogurt and select -> 2 Blend everything until smooth.
In glass, place some yogurt & fresh berries, pour over smoothie to fill the glass, spoon more yogurt, garnish with more berries and mint leaf then serve.
