  • 45 gChia Seeds
  • 120 gCoconut Milk, unsweetened
  • 120 gCoffee, brewed
  • 1 tbspAgave Syrup
  • 1 tspVanilla Extract

Garnish

  • 125 gFresh Blueberries
  • Mint Leaf

Smoothie

  • 240 gFrozen Mixed Berries
  • 250 mlAlmond Milk
  • 1 tspMaca Powder
  • 4 tbspLow Fat Yogurt

Method

STEP 1

Combine all chia seed pudding ingredients together in blender, select -> 1 and blend for 20s. Transfer to 2 glasses. Let it bloom for 15-20mins.

STEP 2

In Blender, put all but yogurt and select -> 2 Blend everything until smooth.

STEP 3

In glass, place some yogurt & fresh berries, pour over smoothie to fill the glass, spoon more yogurt, garnish with more berries and mint leaf then serve.
