Healthy Berrylicious Frozen Yogurt Cups

Yogurt not only provides calcium for strong bones and satisfying protein to promote fullness. Apart from that, yogurt also supplies probiotics, friendly bacteria that aid in digestion. Pair with berries and granola which is loaded with antioxidants, fibre, and unsaturated fats, ideal for improving skin and easing constipation.


Ingredients
- 6 tbspGranolas
- 1 tbspHoney
- 300 gMix fruit yogurt
- 150 gStrawberry yogurt
- 6 tbspMix berries
- 6Silicon cups, medium size
Preparation: Rapid Freezing to retain freshness
1. Place the mix berries onto aluminum tray and place into Prime Freeze compartment. Press Rapid Freezing function (45 mins).
2. Transfer the salmon into zip-lock bag and store in normal freezer compartment.
Method
STEP 1
In a bowl, mix granolas with honey and then scoop a spoonful of granola mixture into each silicon cup or dessert glass.
STEP 2
Then, scoop a spoonful of mix fruits yogurt over the granola mixture and followed by another spoonful of strawberry yogurt. Lastly, place some frozen berries on top.
STEP 3
Place the berries yogurt cups into Prime Freeze compartment and press Rapid Freezing function (45 mins). Ready to be served!
