Lobak
Lobak is basically five spice meats roll that are made with chopped vegetables and minced meat seasoned with five spice powder. Variations come in the form of add-ons like mushrooms, jicama and sometimes even shrimps.
Combine all ingredients and set aside to marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.
Lay out a bean curd sheet and spoon 1/4 of the chicken mixture onto the sheet and roll up firmly.
Repeat the same for the other roll.
Arrange the lobak on a Panasonic Cubie oven tray.
Preheat Panasonic Cubie oven on Healthy Fry mode.
Cook the lobak for 20 minutes.
Once done, cut them into pieces and serve with cucumber slices and chilli on the side.
