Mixed Berries Pavlova
Pavlova season is upon us! This yummy Mixed Berries Pavlova recipe will leave you mesmerised on Christmas morning! Grab your favourite berries and turn them into this show-stopper.
- 4 nosEgg white
- 1.25 cupCastor sugar
- 2 tspCornstarch
- 1 tbsCocoa powder
- 80 gDark chocolate
- 1 tspWhite vinegar
- 1 tspVanilla essence
- 350 mlWhipped cream
- 200 gMix berries
Preheat Panasonic 34L Microwave Oven (NN-CD87KSMPQ) on convection setting to 150°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Beat egg whites with Panasonic Chef Machine (MK-HKM200SSK) until stiff but not to dry. Add sugar gradually, beat until thick and glossy.
Gently fold in vanilla essence, white vinegar, cocoa powder and cornstarch.
Place cake ring on the tray with parchment paper. Spoon meringue into the ring, working from the cenre and spread mixture toward the outside edge to form a round shape meringue. Remove the ring. Repeat step to form 6 serving.
Bake in the preheated Panasonic 34L Microwave Oven for 25 minutes.
Remove the parchment paper from meringue and place on a flat serving plate.
Fill the centre of meringue with whipped cream and top with mix berries.
