Pineapple Butter Cake
An upside-down cake is a simple treat that is just like it sounds. Upside-Down Pineapple Cake is the most classic version, but this cake can be made with almost any fruits such as pear, peach, cherry and many more.

Method
1) Take ¼ of pineapple and juice it using Panasonic slow juicer.
2) Mix flour ,baking powder and ground almond in a mixing bowl.
3) Preheat Panasonic Cubie Oven to 160c on convection function.
4) In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar using Panasonic hand mixer till fluffy, then add in the eggs, one at a time.
5) Fold in the flour using a spatula then add in pineapple juice and vanilla essence.
6) Place parchment paper at bottom of cake tin and arrange pineapple slices at the bottom. Decorate with some red cherries in between.
7) Pour in the cake batter and spread it out evenly.
8) Bake for 35-40 minutes or till skewer comes out clean.
9) Set aside to cool then overturn cake onto a plate or cake board. Enjoy!
