Saikyo Miso Flavored Salmon
Marinated grilled salmon with sweet Miso.

- 2 piecessliced raw salmon
- 3 tbspSaikyo miso (sweet white miso)
Spread Saikyo miso evenly onto the salmon, and place them into a refrigerator bag.
Store in Prime Fresh for about 3 hours.
Take the salmon out of the bag, and remove the miso.
Cook both sides of the salmon in step 3, and arrange on a serving dish.
