- 400 gof chicken, diced
Mixed Seasoning Ingredients
- 60 mlSweet Soy Sauce
- 1 tspLime
- To taste Turmeric powder
- To taste Salt
- To taste Sugar
Steps
1) Cut the chicken to easy skewing sizes.
2) Put the mixed seasoning ingredients into a bowl, and stir them.
3) Mix well, put into the refrigerator for 4 hours.
4) After 4 hours, divide into 4 equal portions and skew.
