- Approx.100 g of your choice of vegetables
- To taste Salt & Pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 piecesDill
- 2 piecesChervil
- 5 stalksChive
- 3 tbspMayonnaise
- 1.5 tbspFresh Cream
- To taste Salt & Pepper
Method
STEP 1
Salt and pepper the salmon.

STEP 2
Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

STEP 3
Place the trivet on top of the glass tray, arrange the salmon and vegetables, leaving spaces between them. Put the tray onto the middle shelf of the microwave oven.

STEP 4
Make the sauce while the salmon is cooking. Put the sauce ingredients into a bowl, and stir them.
