Thai-Style Shrimp Toast

The delicious texture of shrimp combines perfectly with crunchy toast and is overlaid with a distinctive Thai flavor combination.
Shrimp are low in calories but high in protein and are also an excellent source of Vitamin E.

Ingredients

150 g Peeled Shrimp (minced in a food processor)
0.5 clove Garlic, grated
0.5 tsp Ginger Juice
3 Kaffir Lime Leaf (or coriander leaves (cilantro))
1 tsp Nam Pla (Thai Fish Sauce)
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
a pinch Salt annd Pepper
1 tbsp White Saseme Seed
Thinly Sliced White Bread
Sweet Chilli Sauce

Method

STEP 1

1) Except for the bread and the sweet sauce, mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

2) Spread the mixture on the bread.

3) Arrange the bread on the wire shelf, slot the shelf into the middle shelf position, and cook on Combi 12 for about 20 minutes.

4) Cut the toast into pieces, and sprinkle with sweet sauce.
