Watermelon & Strawberry Sorbet

An easy-to-make dessert with a slow juicer. Sweet, cooling and healthy, this is the perfect dessert to quench your thirst under the hot weather.


Ingredients

- 300 gWatermelon
- 150 gStrawberry
- 200 gBanana
- Dry Rose, garnish
- Mint Leaf, garnish
Method
STEP 1
Cut fruits to cubes, place on lined tray and freeze for 4hours.
STEP 2
Remove fruit cubes from tray, place into Slow Juicer with Frozen Attachment -> ON. Give sorbet a mix to mix well, transfer sorbet into container and freeze it before serving.
STEP 3
Scoop in glass, garnish and serve.
